JINJA District Local Government invites bids for the provision of the above works. 4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003. 5. This procurement is reserved for Local and Resident Providers; Foreign Providers are not eligible to participate as per PPDA Guidelines on Reservations Schemes to promote local Content in Public Procurement 2003 As Ammended I 2023 . 6. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Entity at the address given below at No.10 from 9.00am to 5.00pm during official working days 7. Bidders MUST visit the sites and obtain Site Visit Certificates to familiarise with the terrain and other conditions of the specified sites. 8.
