Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003. 5. This procurement is reserved for Local and Resident Providers; Foreign Providers are not eligible to participate as per PPDA Guidelines on Reservations Schemes to promote local Content in Public Procurement 2003 As Ammended I 2023 . 6.
