e-GP Platform - Invitation to Bid: Consultancy Service of Design and Construction Supervision of Architectures Engineering -Consultancy services for design of GKMA Markets Batch one You have been invited by Ministry of Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs to submit a bid for an opportunity. This Addendum No.1 to the Request for Proposal document as per details in the table above; changes have been made as follows: 1. Part 2: Section 3: Evaluation Methodology and Criteria and Part 2: Section 6: Statement of Requirements Table 2: Qualification Requirements for Key Personnel have been revised as follows; a) Revision of K-7 Social Development Expert’s qualification description b) The list of Key Personnel has changed from eight (8) to Nine (9) - An additional of K-9 Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Expert has been made. 2. Revision of Estimated Man Months: Section 2: Proposal Data Sheet ITC: 13.1 and schedule for Time input/ Man Months for Key Personnel 3. The Bid submission date shall be 27th February 2025 at 11:00 AM 4. The Bid Opening date shall be 27th February 2025 at 11:30 AM. The rest of the provisions in the Bid document remain unchanged.
