The DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS intends to sell BINDING MACHINE. The BINDING MACHINE are sold on an “as is, where is” basis and the DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS will have no further liability after sale.
The DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS now invites sealed bids for the purchase of BINDING MACHINE.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Local Governments (Amendment) Act, 2006 of the Government of Uganda and is open to all bidders.
Interested bidders may inspect the BINDING MACHINE at LUZIRA RSA on 2023-03-15 17:59:18 from 08:00AM - 03:00PM.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, P.O. BOX 1550, KAMPALA from 08:00AM - 03:00PM or at the e-GP portal (https://egpuganda.go.ug).
Bidders must pay a non-refundable participation fee of UGX:0.00/=. The method of payment will be through the Government Electronic Payment Portal.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-GP portal (https://egpuganda.go.ug) at or before [insert time and date]. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 2023-03-15 17:59:18.
